You lose a large ratio of lean mass which lowers your metabolism making it harder to lose weight.

Also the ghrelin receptor rebounds after a fast are brutal and people gain all the weight back and more something like %92+ of the time look it up

Go Slow and steady if you have a lot of weight to lose and weight lifting is important

I'm 54kg at 6'4 mate I don't think i have much lean mass to lose:lul:

you will still lose a lot of lean mass dude😹 your body is like at least 80% lean mass and its every where. Do more research

how it beter than not not fasting tho cuz cal deficit is slow if its not 1000+
