34M, 186cm, ~76kg, Italian teacher. cutting to 8-9% BF (mens physique/model style). Training and nutrition on point, iron discipline.

Baseline already locked in:
- Advanced skincare (retinoids, SPF, Korean routine)
- Grooming maxxed (eyebrows, clean shave, oral care)
- Hair: shaved for AGA, minoxidil + dermaroller 1x/week, evaluating dutasteride or SMP in coming months
- Style: building Armani 80s wardrobe
- Jaw and face maxxing: strong gums, jawliner, face exercises/yoga/masseter training. Just started bonesmashing + vit d3+K2 (day 3)

Photos attached: mix of posed/good lighting shots and completely unflattering candids. I can take photos where I look good, but that's not the point.

Context: Women consistently rate me goodlooking/handsome, I've always had success with them. But I don't like myself enough. I want to look in the mirror or see unposed photos and actually be satisfied.

Goal: Push toward "chad model" archetype — defined jaw, projected chin, sharp cheekbones, dominant profile.

What I'm asking:
1. Objective rating of my facial base (1-10)
2. Priority gaps vs model archetype
3. Your approach: what would you improve and how?

My constraints & preferences:
- IBS in healing phase → prioritize transdermal and injectable routes over oral compounds
- Open to biohacking/peptides provided health cost isn't excessive
- Permanent solutions preferred over temporary
- Flexible but reasonable budget

Don't hold back: I'm already aware of fillers and surgery options — looking for the full spectrum of interventions, including advanced/experimental approaches. If you've got something that works, I want to hear it.

Diffuse AGA (not hair optimal density), shaved by choice — women love it, not an issue. Wrinkles and lips aren't my priorities. Main goal is orthotropics: forward growth, chin projection, zygos, jaw.

Chin is recessed but had projection-> chin implant or fillers would help to cover the recession
Hair would probably also look better on you
-> hairs transplant
I would also not thin out your eyebrows that much since your looking masculine and this thinning takes it away a bit
Skin quality could be better too-> skincare and healthy diet

Can’t change the bones tho, your bones are not that bad developed just asymmetrical

Overall probably around mtn
If your good with women I wouldn’t even bother doing any hardmaxxing

I'd do hair transplant and a genio/chin implant for hardmaxxing, then I'd only focus on the skin

I agree with you but I still think that chin implant/ a genio is one of the best ROI procedures for him. Maybe He can do fillers but I'm not a fan and He said that he prefers permanent solutions

maybe for more projection, but we're just being picky here tbh

i think he should focus on his misc features, they're more important than you think; coloring, skin , eyebrows, eyelashes and most importantly; hair

he already has the bone structure i guess

you'er obv good looking but you would do really good with growing out your hair (or if you can't, a hair transplant) since I think you would look better with hair than without

also lip filler as well as potentially filler to get rid of your wrinkles

Thanks my man for the detailed analysis, i really appreciate it — first serious feedback in the thread, means a lot. Will follow your advice except hair transplant, not a priority right now. The issue is my mindset: I hate being mid normie. If I don't find promising strategies, I'll go filler/Radiesse first, then chin implant + rhino as priorities. SMP if hair thins further. Finally: I think beauty is both objective (some parameters) and subjective. Some girls find me cute, others very handsome, some say I could've been a model. I find this range of opinions interesting. Still, I'm doing this for me — I don't like myself enough.

Thanks for the feedback. Hair isn't a priority for me — shaved works and women like it. Lip filler and wrinkle fillers aren't my focus either. Chasing bone structure: jaw, chin, zygos. but anyway i appreciate it and thanks for the positive comment, you are kind :)

Thanks for the feedback. Upper third doesn't bother me — actually aiming to enhance it. Read about bone smashing and other methods to increase brow ridge volume, marker of testosterone and virility.

Thanks. Did 10 weeks bulk + serious training to regain shape (ex-bodybuilder, muscle memory kicked in fast). Now entering cut to hit that BF consistently without hormonal crash, keep that look permanent, maximize facial bone definition for chad aesthetic.

yeah i can definitely plan it but right now is not a priority for me, women get wet when thwy met me and compliment my bald look because i look 5x better in real life and 99% of women say that they like my bald look and im sexier ahahah and i like it also. just dont like my face bones, simmetry you know chin, jaw and whatever
