If thats really you dont swing your elbows keep them locked maintain a good posture dont lean back and you dont have to bring it to ur shoulder 90 degrees is enough pick a easier weight ur just gonna injure urself

You improved your form man good job! Try to lower the weight a little and keep your elbow by your side. Only your forearm should move

Indeed. Lower the weights but improve the form, until it becomes "automatic" for you to do it the right way.
