im 16 and my palate is hella fucking narrow (35mm), its 100% cuz i was a chud when i was a kid. Now i will be going to get my teeth checked for school on monday
so i might aswell just ask them about my narrow ass palate and see what they can get going. Now ik general dentists cant insert a palate or anything like that, they js know how to fix and check teeth for bullshit. So what can i do in the meantime? Do i mew how i always do (not beeing able to nasal breathe when the back tongue is up the palate) or do i js go do what i always do??
