I am going to embark on 365 days of Semen Retention to document the effects and the journey.
I predict that my dopamine receptors will be a lot more elastic and I will enjoy life more.
I don't think any supernatural thing will occur. However I do believe that I will be happier in the end.
I will also not be having any sex during this time as well. Holding in my semen the whole time.
Who knows maybe I will finally achieve gnostic enlightenment during this time or I might rope from the flatline that may occur.
