now i get it yall are just gonna start with bimax trimax wtv. but i dont wanna go down a huge rabbit hole of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to look maybe 2 psl higher. so what realistically can help the most. i need to have as less recovery time as possible.

Wdum yall are just gonna start with trimax and bimax. Tf else r u gonna do. Theres no magical surgery with no downsides or recovery and great results u fuck wit. Also easier for us to give surgeries if you just show ur face jfl. Hundreds of thousands of dollars for 2psl is crazy - impossible for any amount of money to ascend u by like 2 psl if u r already softmaxxed. Unless its lefort or u r deformed. I mean the options what you can do is limited, it is implants infra-malar and gonial. and maybe rhino and genio for profile. i mean trimax would be an option but yeah. i mean there is no magic tricks lol

and to be fair your base is really good, gonial angle is good. zygo arch is robust. its only width in the jaw maybe that could be better, your hyiod bone must also be high which is awsome. so your bones looks decent atleast
