3d modeling is always in high demand and keeps expanding. There are alot of directions you can choose from, and depending on the direction you choose you need different degrees.
What kind of 3d modeling you want to do?

Gaming
Engineering

I don’t mind doing all of these tbh il probably polish my skills in blender. I’m a lot of good jobs pay well in those areas
