3D printed vs CNC milled PEEK implants

Do differences exist between them? Any pros and cons (if any)?
Or are they the same because they are both manufactured from PEEK?

I had peek. It’s so rigid any irregularity will poke out. Massive incisions to place. And then soft tissue attachment problems. I do not recommend peek. Or any surgery at all tbh
