3D Printing Invisalign process after getting MSE



I tried to go to smile direct club but I was denied, so I used the scans they gave me and created an aligner plan.




Added attachments to my teeth where they were required with composite.



Then I heat formed the orthodontic plastic material onto the mold and cut the excess to create the aligner.



There are 20 on top and 10 on bottom, the final scans are being used in the custom jaw surgery plan.

I just agreed to go with an ortho that has worked closely with my surgeon on many previous patients
The complications of an ortho doing something that would hinder the surgery so I could get a 50% discount was not worth it for me
