I wanna know what size should I choose like do I measure my lips, my mouth or my pallate And then choose like +1cm or something? Pls help

I mean any result would help me alot, I feel like my mouth size/lips are nerfing me the most even all the ratios are saying that, when I cheekbite my lips are perfectly wide, do you know why that is?

There Is alot of anecdotal evidence that it works and I mean alot, even before and after pics with ruler etc I am sure it works even just a little
