3rd aqualyx session - Approaching 7 days post

Hi guys,

Figured I should update anyone who wants to see how the swelling is looking, so here we go:

Spoiler: two days after (rough, e2 rising)

Spoiler: 4 days after (not close up, sorry guys)

note: my estrogen was very high in this photo, and it likely played some role in the swollen look of my face as it did with my physique

Spoiler: 6 days after (significant improvement, aromasin dose upped to counteract elevated estrogen.)

Overall, it's looking a lot better as of right now. Of course, the swelling has sucked each time:

But Aqualyx has very clearly been worth it. If you are considering Aqualyx, ensure that you already know what you look like when you are lean. If you still have face fat in a lean state, it may be worth considering. Ensure that you do these sessions during breaks; Don't do Aqualyx on a school night like I did my first session. Avoided it whenever possible, but to be honest, DIY aqualyx seems to be a bit underground for the average person, so even when I was seen a bit swollen, I could easily say that I got my wisdom teeth removed.

ignore the rest of my face, but as you can see the swelling was significantly reduced by yesterday. of course, I was (and still am) retaining a good amount of water due to estrogen, but I am counteracting that with a higher dose of aromasin.
