Best cope I ever found. Makes you feel better the whole day. I probably won't do that much today, as much of my body is still pretty sore. Just 3 sets pullups, some abdominal work and curls perhaps.

That's actually a good way to stay in shape if you're already pretty happy with the way your body looks. 3 sets of a compound lift and some additional isolation exercise 5-6 days a week. It doesn't require that much effort if you only do that, so it becomes quite easy to stay consistent.

gym is the best cope. calisthenics is even better if you do it in a nature park. however i have to gymcell to reach 80kg with abs. when i do it then i will perma calisthenics maxx because its healthier, still preserves muscle and more fun.
