No coffe, no nicotine, no ritalin, no amphetamine, nothing. Slept 14 hours woke up 11am went and showered, pure torture showering now barely can move, also was shivering how cold i feel, went outside for 3 hours, came back ate unholy amount of food went to into sleep coma again for 3 hours, woke up, ate shitton again, now gonna sleep in coma for 12 hours again soon
