I am now on the 3rd day of teeth whitening and i am already noticing a significant improvement.

I am using the crest 3d white strips

Recomend for any yellow teethcels

No, the root issue is an enamel definciency i was born with but i drink lots of pepsi which definently doesn’t help, i will quit pepsi. Weed smoking might also not be good

you are coping. I live in Norway aswell. If u go to a good orthodontist and ask for palatal expansion they can do it. It will dramatically alter ur appearance in a positive way

These strips have a hydrogen peroxode content of 8% i think, anything else then that and carbamide peroxide is cope
