3rd day of using Eplerenone read [Serious]

im 16 and on eplerenone first day i took 25 mg second day 50 mg and today i took 75 and tomorrow ill take 100 mg just letting yall know. Since Epl is a medicine for people with heart disease i wont have heart problems right? Like it cant cause me heart attacks or something? I also dont wanna have any kidney problems too. Please be serious maybe i might be overreacting but i just wanna make sure it wouldnt cause me any problems with these dosages.

In other words: No, you won't fucking get a heart attack. Eplerenone is literally being used to treat acute heart failure.

yeah you right man i just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the thread btw. Also how much dosage in a day would be overdose? I also take it all in the morning i dont split.
