I ate so much shit today

3 mcmuffins with milkshake and 2 hasbrowns for beakfast

Footlong subway for lunch with meatballs and cookies and redbull

Then I had a monster and malteasers

And now I had big Mac fries and large millshake

Then I'm going to have more chocolate later seen as this doesnt fill me up for long

This basically been my typical day for a while but I'm stopping soon. It's gonna suck when I come off this. Doctors don't hand at ozempic unless if you are diabetic apparently.
