well if its a super large thread i am making i use ai
but if its a specific topic i do it my self but even when using ai i basicly do the same thing

first i get key words for this use ai and find the scientific terms of it
since studies dont name their studies simply

then you go to collecting sources
here you use google scholar, you tube and tiktok(here only for studies and basic ideas), keep an eye out for meta analysis lit review

then again you find book related to the topic you check about the writer etc
also use forums basically anything you can get

then create a spread sheet of all the thing you found

for specific things like the topic u have rn i recommend minimal ai involvement
