Pretty good. Positives being increased strength, endurance, and better body composition.

Negatives being increased sweating and mostly during sleep, though I didn't take an insanely high dose to the point where I had to deal with any prolactin or gyno issues. Also an increase in BP but that was mitigated with 40mg telmisartan daily.
