My nicotine cravings where non-existent, I feel Ive overcome them already which makes relative sense considering the average time someone has nicotine withdrawals is about 3 days.
My Diet was perfected today, had a juicy "fresh" mango. was SOOO delicious but relatively expensive compared to other fruits. Had steak, pork, eggs, frozen fruit, cheese and yoghurt for my first meal of the day. I only had 2 meals today and must sleep early due to early work tomorrow. Was 50 under my daily calories, but maybe i was over, I didn't weight the pipe or the skin of the mango when eating it? i don't particularly know if you are meant to do that or not, Oh well.
Gym, hit chest and shoulders and had the best pump of my life, probably due to the mango i had prior. My shoulders are getting huge and im still leaning out perfectly. still around 15% as it's only been 5 days eh. My waist is giga mogging at 25.5 inches currently. pffffft. I still can pinch some subcutaneous fat, I wonder if itll get down to 24 inches when im 10%
Very happy with those who won the Olympia today, Nick walker and Niall Darwen are 2 current inspirations of mine. One for the physique and one for the mentality.
Tomorrow I should have more interesting things to say as i have a few plans
