This is true, both things.

First of all, the decimals thing is absolutely real. In my country being 180cm+ is already considered "tall" which means I've always been a total freak at 195cm.
The US has a height preference culture that has probably been implemented by the jews and media, all women like to follow certain stereotypes and that's why the now obsolete 6'0" rule was a must (even though bitches are going taller and taller it seems like).
JFL if you think a black teenage slut in Florida can visually distinguish 5'10" from 6'0".

In countries like the Netherlands girls probably got it given, considering that every single guy there is tall as fuck anyways and that there is a much more "friendly and respectful" way of being against the "beauty canons". This is probably all a lie considering human sexual attraction can't be countered merely by propaganda. Nonetheless you see a lot of blonde Norwegian 5'10" girls with black immigrants their same height and such.

I personally don't think height is such a great deal unless you're like sub 5'5" or over 7'0", at least where I live. In both cases you look like a circus freak respectively, unless you're a basketball player on the latter.
I mean it may be a boost, but I at my "above average Euro height" feel way too tall sometimes. And I may be biased. When I travel overseas it's a different story since there's more guys in my range. But I'll always maintain my posture which is that face > height all the way along tbh
