4 day alchohol fasting (debloat)

plan is to fast for 4 days only drink heavy liqour and smoke cigarettes for appetite supression

going to debloat so hard but will most likely have prefontal cortex deactivation so i will probably be trying to contact my oneitis

when i drink i actually feel less inclined to eat due to me thinking about my oneitis

idk when i think of her it puts me off food
