4 month accutane progress update

17m. Been on tretinoin for 2 years but my acne got way too bad cuz of my 8month bulk I did last year so I hopped on accutane. these are the differences after 4 month of 40mg ed.

Also dyed my goatee, lashes and eyebrows. It looks better but will get even better in the following months. Give me tips on what to do next. ive also started my first cycle of anavar and low dose t to cut down bf and put on more muscle 3 days ago. i dont know much more to do which arent surgical procedures to upgrade my looks. so let me know if yall know something.
