Rate my 4 month ascension what do you think I can improve on I am 14 years old and still in puberty

I can’t take any peps rn and I’m getting a rhinoplasty and infra orbital implants when I’m 20 years old I know I have a bump on my eye that gives me a negative cantal tilt but it will get fixed

All I really did was softmaxx my eye area and get leaner but do you think I improved
