tbh i was an alcoholic atp of first photo and i feel like that the main reason my skin care didnt change much besides azelaic acid

depends how bad your skin is ik alot of ppl that retinoids have worked well for but wouldnt recommend during summer unless you wanna be a vampire

yes i tried everything and even at 10% bf my face still held alot i used lipo vela but hctz also works reallly well for short term

im off accutane because of insurance issues gonna come back after 2 months im on Tretinoin rn, and my country's very hot always whats the problem with it during summer? so i can stop im indoors btw

itll make you burn really bad and easily, if youre gonna take retinoids during summer i would use spf 70 on whole face and especially on under eyes and nose. For gym js workout bro it doesnt have to be perfect find a split you like id recommend 2x frequency each muscle group per week, if youre just getting started though youre probably gonna be sore so take it slow. Plus newbie gains will be enough
