1 mg is 1mg per pill so split the pill in have and take every other day so 7x every 2 weeks.
I take this is what I do I’ve gone from 1mg daily to .5 because that’s what I can handle take as often as you can but dont go more than .5 1mg gives you depression and your head feels like it’s going to explode every day

I’ve been taking for almost 3 months and I’ve been taking hgh for about a month my starting height was 5”8.8 now im 5”9.5
I turned 18 early feb im probably 20-18% bf most of my life so my bone age is probably average maybe below average
