I believe this post will give many of you hope because this was relatively easy to achieve in my late 15's idk the extent of the progress because in the second pic I feel like i might be frauding but i think maxillary position and all that is hard to fraud so its decently accurate.

Hard mewing so hard I felt my sutures creaking and the bridge of my nose growing in response. idek how my mandible changed tbh must be from switching to a red meat based diet. Also did this during my biggest growth spurt so that helps (was 175ish in the first photo now about 181)
