Reta only suppresses appetite at 6mg

Reta does increase your metabolism by a tad bit making you keep lean mass a bit more then you normally would.

DNP + reta is the best combo as DNP keeps proteins and removed anything else so it targets bodyfat only making you keep the most lean mass

I’m just maintaining for now at the gym I can barely progress the lifts

No target weight just enough weight to when my abs reveal

Next cycle will most likely be led-4033 basically I want to bulk with it for the next few months
