few clips of my face before and after surgery. 7mm maxilla down graft and advancement with some sideways movement for asymmetry. 4.5mm infra+malar peek implants. still got a good bit of swelling but its looking good. ik im not crazy good looking but u can imagine how i feel now based on my before.

Very happy with them. Cheekbones are my favorite facial feature and I had 0. I also had permanent eye bags and the infra fixed that. I wish the cheek bones were sliiightly bigger but im still very happy with my results. and i can always go bigger later

For me it was very obvious. my face was very short, and the lowest part of my top teeth was over half a centimeter above the bottom of my upper lip

Nah turkey. had to stay 3 weeks. total cost (the whole process, pre op stuff, surgery, travel, stay, whatever) was about 20 grand. woulda been way more expensive here

I actually looked at giant's instagram, looked at the accounts he followed, then just went through friends of friends type stuff til i found a guy that seemed promising. luckily he turned out to be the goat

exactly my goal. its still got a lil smushed-in-edness im gunna see about fixing with some sort of implant. wondering if paranasals alone is good enough or if i could get one that goes all the way up beside the nose and across the infras kinda

How old are you? I would get a rhino, and figure out why your skin looks so rough and sunburnt. Main flaws right now imo.

only 26. i'll ask my surgeon what he thinks would work for the skin i guess. maybe he knows something or has a friend that can fix it
