4 weeks post-isotretinoin, my acne is returning?

I've been on isotretinoin for 12 months at 20-30mg daily. Worked like a charm. Acne 100% gone.

Now...

I stopped my course around 4 weeks ago, and for the past week I've been getting small whiteheads almost daily????

I can read something about it being because the skin has to readjust to its natural oil production again? Or wtf is going on?

Might just hop back on it if this shit continues

welp my derm course is done, but I could just buy some... anyway if the acne is actually over it's always nice not having to take a pill yk. but maybe I'll see in these next 1-2 weeks how it goes. And if it doesn't fuck off, I'm going back on low dose
