Overall: Good diet with lots of meat, cereals and vegetables. At least 3 liters of water. No soda or any foods with added sugars. I control my sugar desires by eating dates as pre-workout. Loratadine daily to control allergies and reduce dark circles. Gym 5x a week to keep low bf.
Face: Microneedling, Tret, Vitamin-C in the morning (only from SkinCeuticals or any low cost dupe) and sunscreen.
