If you are healthy yes (no one is healthy by that time)

If you are intelligent with your time
Kinda a redpill meme for 90% of people. But for the handful of people with decent aging genes and if you made money or have a wife and kids then yes. Although the problem with 40-50 is your life is all dependent on your past decisions. You have no real chance to break out at this point your life is set in stone.

It can be said that 40-50 is the true fruition of a mans ultimate potential

this only applies if your life depends on some kind of ratrace in terms of money and status, or your priority is family. Then yes, at that time you should ripe the most fruits according to your previous steps.
because most people don't start with great wealth or don't have some master skill from 5 years old.

But let's face it, this is simply not the case for 99% of people.

Even artists, scientists did their best things when they were 20-39. Why?

there is some prime window for body and mind functions that is closer every year.

It depends on the field like you said. Everyone peaks at different stages tho. For math/chess its usually around 30's this is when the combined experience is the highest in correlation with peak learning and cognitive functions. Although in business its usually 50s since you have decades of industry connections and still a very healthy brain.

But idk going to enjoy my 20s instead of some sigma shit. The most successful people in life usually work hard but also enjoy life and have real friends. Not some nerd studycel. Make friends with interesting smart or hardworking people you see going places and try to put in 40-50 hours of consistent work on something and you will be pretty successful

Maybe if you are at least in the top 20% of men

Otherwise the average man hasn't much going on in his 40s

the average man never got anything going

I actually think this is old information, I turned 41 recently and still hasn't ascended, I'm starting to think the new peak is 45-55

13-16 is the peak for legally fucking JB
20-25 is peak SMV with adult women
25-35 you start to really age and it’s an uphill battle of skin boosters, fillers, Botox and other such things.
35-50 you are going to need invasive anti aging procedures like a full facelift (that easily runs to Bimax money) to retain any SMV at all.

You can probably drag out each bracket 5-10 extra years if you have a super healthy lifestyle, impeccable SPF use and good aging genes.

maybe if you spend your 20s and 30s swimming in a pool of retinol
