fruits mog hard. they should be the staple of every diet. Low glucose to fructose ratio, high polyphenols, antioxidants, terpenes with none of the problem from starch or the harmful amino acid ratios of meat /heme iron of red meat.raw kale doe? and i dont even know what half those fruits are JFL
