8 oz. ground beef (I just cut the 16 oz. bricks in half)
roughly 15g. butter, 3g. collagen, 3g. lectin free starch, a sprinkle of cheese, low sodium salt
I steam it for 10 minutes which results in it being rare.

I mitigate atherosclerotic risk by being on cholesterol lowering drugs, see link. My LDLc averages about 45mg/dl. I also do a lot of cardio, and can run a mile in 6:10.
