400mg GABpentin first time good idea?

im tryna be more low inhib i always get anxiety and nervous around girls even when they start talking to me first and i have very easy access to gabapentin im getting 400mg of 30 capsules on monday and i think just to see my potency to it ill take one pill during school is this a good idea? or should i maybe even up the dose? advice is appreciated
