40mg Accutane and 300mg Test cycle risks?

any risks running accutane (I'm currently on 40mg a day) and 300mg of test a week?
I'm starting the test next week, just wondering if there's interactions/ how bad it is for my liver/lipids.
Any way I can mitigate?

how would it interact? lmao accutane is very common for gear users who get acne on cycle. yes accutane isn't great for your liver and will certainly spike your liver enzymes but as long as you're not on any other liver toxic oral AAS or medication I wouldn't worry about it, its temporary.

It cleared up after a few weeks on 20mg
Im just being an npc and listening to my Dr. who told me to up it to 40 for a month

Upping dosage after it cleared up?
Seems stupid to me.
Dermatologist probably did it because you evidently were tolerating 20mg/day well, but there's no need to increase how much you're taking just because you tolerated it.

few weeks? youre lucky. i'd stay on 20 until it completely clears up, then go on 10mg for a while
