40mm palate and still narrow fwhr

my ortho said my palate was wide enough and i measured 40mm myself. if palate is not to blame how else could i widen my face without surgery.

Henry cavil and many others have incel palates but chad zygos. Its like forward growth and orbital vector. If your forwardly grown you most likely have a POV but its possible to still have NOV. The other way around is also possible. Wide palate sometimes = Wide face/zygos. Not always. Incel palate can still = high FWHR and mogger zygoss
