45% carbamide peroxide result question

so recent I’ve done 2 hour session with 45% c peroxide, and I’ve noticed my teeth become more yellow-ish and translucent compared to before.

Is this a normal? I’ve searched it up, and it’s apparently due to dehydrated enamel and it recovers later on . It’s been 3 days, and the results isn’t getting any better.

Was I Low IQ and done something wrong?

Yes. I didn’t eat for a day to make extra sure. The instant effects of peroxide just made my teeth more yellower jfl
