$45k saved, what surgeons do you recommend

Hey, a while back I’ve revealed to my parents I didn’t want to go to college and after a while, they’ve finally conceded and accepted my choice.

Since they’ve been saving money for my tuition fees for years, they agreed to entrust me with around $45,000 dollars and are fine with me doing plastic surgery.

What surgeons do you guys recommend for almond eyes, rhinoplasty+alarplasty (to fix my asian ethnic nose), and genioplasty? (to widen my chin)

I reside in California and I’m considering Dr. Taban but have heard is quite pricey and all because of the recent fear mongering. Not sure yet for rhinoplasty and genioplasty. Any recommendation helps
