45k to spend on bimax and implants @realsurgerymax

I got 45k to spend I want at least a bimax with implants for the malar region as well as implants for the mandible, I’m a class two deep overbite so I definitely need orthodontic work, I am also currently in the process of doing fme so it will still take time to prepare orthodontically. Which surgeon would you recommend? (I can do turkey, USA, and Italy) and how long would the designing of the implants take?

We will do the surgery in Istanbul since my custom titanium system can combine BSSO Plates and Jaw Implants.
The design process takes a few weeks and production period takes a 6 weeks. So it's best to start sooner than later in case of any delays.

He thought of it independently, almost around the same time, after me. He didnt steal or copy it, I'm not mad or anything I think it just shows how good of an idea it is and how we are leading the way.

But technically, I was first. There there are time stamped posts showing I am the first to release.

I released hybrid plates and implants in general (Chin Implant/Genio Plate, Supra Implant/OBO Plate, Malar Implant/OBO Plate, Malar Implant LF1 Plate) a year before anyone else and am seeking patent protection.
