I "backed" out because there was no proof of there being anything done, I had waited from August 2024 to October 2025 before I requested a refund, and that was because I had received nothing. You even agreed to initially refund me, then you had a change of heart regarding the refund. Hope we can figure this out.

We paid those doctors because they’re working with you, what part of that isn’t clear? Those payments were made under false pretenses, based on promises you made that you would deliver. You’ve literally kept people waiting since 2024. These patients also paid you for the design and production. Don’t force me to start posting the direct payments you’ve received, because that will only further show that you’ve been holding onto the money without delivering anything. If you keep pushing these false claims, the botched cases will come out as well.

This screenshot is from the same patient who paid Celal. You claimed in May 2024 you will have time to open his case. Since then he is still waiting for surgery and you are the only bottleneck.

As for the other case, he asked for a refund in October of 2025 after waiting over 1 year with no proof of any progress.

This is no way of conducting a business, if there is a finalized plan, you are meant to show it, I have requested it on several occasions. Sometimes you've replied that you are busy in the moment, to which I've told you to set a reminder so you can show the plan, because it won't take you long. Still, I haven't received anything.

It is very important that you provide sufficient proof of the version history of the plan, because you have specified to me that the plan was finished in April of 2025, something which you've also relied to both Dr. Ercin and his assistant (both who've not seen anything of the plan).

The only way to actually ruin him is to have a better alternative.

There are definitely alternatives, though OBO and lefort II would be hard to find a surgeon for. But then they are high risk surgeries anyways. There is nothing special about giant's implants or jaw osteotomies
