46kg at 6ft (22M) – thinking of using MK-677 for weight gain

ive done mk677 its not the best bloat is crazy hunger is good though if you do take hgh hunger goes up as well you must train leptin levels i struggled being underweight when i went to a normal weight appetite fixed even without hgh or mk677 also account for insulin as you will be eating more preferably by use of berberine or metformin
I messaged you

mk is cope
mk677 raises ghrelin the hunger hormone he is asking for gaining mass not raising gh levels
hgh does increase hunger but not as much as mk677 one raises hunger directly other indirectly dont spread misinformation without reading

That’s incorrect, going to the gym even at 46kg can stimulate your hunger signals as you’re breaking muscles/using energy which signals to your body that you need more food.
yeah but how long would that take? You’d be burning more than gaining

You can’t really tell how long it’s going to take, it’s something you kind of just have to trial and see if your body responds I guess. As long as you’re eating your maintenance or just above your maintenance you could trial it for a bit and see how you go

if you don’t want it badly enough you will never get it. I’m far from 3000 maintenance and still aim for 3000 daily. He can start off with 2500.

If you need gear to eat as a lightweight, you are beyond pussy. It’s literally just putting food in your mouth and taking the time to prepare clean food. That’s how you overcome the psychological aspect.

Even with gear he’ll still have to eat that much regardless. He’s not magically going to gain weight.
yes bro the gear will increase his appetite and make it easier for him to eat more

who cares if you "want it bad enough" take the path of least resistance

thats exactly why people take reta

What kind of foods would you say you were eating mostly when cycling?
75kg - 82,83kg at peak, how long did it take you to gain 7-8kg?
everyday like i said i drank alot of either raw or whole milk MINIMUM 1l without fail, and then basicly just meats, fruits, also ate choclate, grandmas cooking, also ate a good ammount of carbs and etc. through out the day on school lunch break i was also spamming ham and cheese crossoints with protein shakes im not gone lie

I appreciate the advice genuinely, I can eat a good volume of food in one meal, I don’t feel like I have stomach volume issues it’s just an issue with my hunger sometimes, i can have 15 hour gaps between meals sometimes and not feel hunger at all which isn’t normal.
you must be interpreting your hunger signals completely wrong, you definitely should be getting hungry

if u really want hgh just inject it
Buddy hes using it so his body can naturally produce gh, and make him more hungry. This nigga needs to put on some weight which injection hgh doesnt help

Done some research but want real-world experiences before even considering MK-677.

Main reason I’m looking at it is to increase appetite and gain weight (22M, 6ft, 46kg).

I’ve already tried increasing calories and using calorie-dense foods, so I’m mainly interested in experiences with MK-677 rather than general “just eat more” advice.

From what I understand so far:

Risks:

  • Water retention (can affect blood pressure)
  • Insulin resistance / blood sugar issues
  • Fatigue, libido and mood changes
  • Acne / oiliness
  • Carpal tunnel symptoms (tingling/pins & needles)
  • Possible prolactin/cortisol changes
  • Potential impact on lipids
  • Can stimulate existing abnormal cell growth
  • Unknown long-term effects
Other:
  • Can improve sleep (but mixed reports)
  • May improve skin/hair for some (not guaranteed)
  • A lot of the “full” look may just be water retention

Mitigation (from what I’ve seen):
  • Eating clean
  • Using berberine for blood sugar (not a fix, just support)
  • Staying hydrated
  • Monitoring blood pressure + bloodwork

Bloods I’d check:
  • Fasting glucose
  • HbA1c
  • Fasting insulin
  • Lipids
  • IGF-1

Dosing I’ve seen:
  • 10–25 mg/day

What I want to know:
  • Anything important I’m missing?
  • How do you actually cycle it (what worked for you)?
  • What actually changed for you?
  • How did you mitigate side effects?
  • Your experience overall
Just use test atp
