Done some research but want real-world experiences before even considering MK-677.

Main reason I’m looking at it is to increase appetite and gain weight (22M, 6ft, 46kg).

I’ve already tried increasing calories and using calorie-dense foods, so I’m mainly interested in experiences with MK-677 rather than general “just eat more” advice.

From what I understand so far:

Risks:

  • Water retention (can affect blood pressure)
  • Insulin resistance / blood sugar issues
  • Fatigue, libido and mood changes
  • Acne / oiliness
  • Carpal tunnel symptoms (tingling/pins & needles)
  • Possible prolactin/cortisol changes
  • Potential impact on lipids
  • Can stimulate existing abnormal cell growth
  • Unknown long-term effects

Other:
  • Can improve sleep (but mixed reports)
  • May improve skin/hair for some (not guaranteed)
  • A lot of the “full” look may just be water retention

Mitigation (from what I’ve seen):
  • Eating clean
  • Using berberine for blood sugar (not a fix, just support)
  • Staying hydrated
  • Monitoring blood pressure + bloodwork

Bloods I’d check:
  • Fasting glucose
  • HbA1c
  • Fasting insulin
  • Lipids
  • IGF-1

Dosing I’ve seen:
  • 10–25 mg/day

What I want to know:
  • Anything important I’m missing?
  • How do you actually cycle it (what worked for you)?
  • What actually changed for you?
  • How did you mitigate side effects?
  • Your experience

Fucking retard my god :lul:
It’s more for cutting/lean bulking. I struggle to eat already and it promotes fat loss, I have no fat to lose 😂

Holy fuck how are you alive nigger

Just take my word for it. I’m on it and if it wasn’t for Reta, I’d be up 20 pounds.

I’d rather not just ‘take your word for it’ when injecting research chemicals 😂

If I was you, I'd look into hopping on test and EQ because you're ridiculously underweight and MK-677 is going to bloat the shit out of you, especially at higher doses. If you want to get there fast and now and not cope with some orals that bloat you, I'd recommend anabolics tbh

I would however prefer MK-677 as I don’t like the idea of injections, I also personally would rather deal with potential bloating as I can fix that when I cycle off compared to the risks of my testostorone permanently being affected if I decide to cycle test + eq
However, I appreciate the recommendation

subcutaneous injections aren't even painful if your scared of IM. You have other problems to worry about than your testosterone being affected. You can just pct or cruise for life if you want

Did you measure? I was of similar weight and height at your age and mines 6 inch so there's for comparison

Not everyone recovers using PCT & I don’t want to just use it forever. However if you can find me a genuine statistic with the source linked about how many men actually recover from steroid use, using PCT. I’ll consider it.

Hahahahaha yeah my wrists are 5 & 1/2 inches.

Oh well, It is possible that you(we) kinda stunted yourself(ourselves), do you have any other symptom of stunting? Have your friends outgrown you, do you have smaller head or bideltoid size and so on.
Can I ask you how come you got so thin? If you wrote correct height and weight you are on verge of suicide lol

everything seems pretty normal, my bideltoid size, I have a normal sized head I guess but I was always skinnier than my friends given that it’s obviously not normal to be this size.
But yeah I have no idea how I’m alive 😂

Never mind, it's probably best to leave that behind. Good luck to you in looksmaxing endeavors, hope you make it where you want to be. GL <3.
