width between 2nd molars. am i cooked or not? this is after an rpe , having had 36mm maxilla before. My orthodontist told me I have small teeth so my maxilla doesn't have to be that wide. Also I have NO visible cheekbones at all whatsoever but very high set. Tanner 3-4
