Fr. If I was blackpilled and 5'6, to some extent even 5'7, I would probably just start perma-rotting. Even at around 5'9/5'10 barefoot, a lot of attractive girls in my geo are nearly my height.

I can't imagine walking around with the knowledge that the majority of women will find you INCREDIBLY unattractive over something you essentially have no control over whatsoever. I don't think I would be able to cope. That said I know more than a few manlets that I can't help but respect because they push on and are successful (though not with women) despite being born set back.

I have never tried lifts but I'm really looking forward to eventually trying them out to potentially fraud close to 6'. I value my athleticism over the dangers of LL, and I love short girls anyways. Don't think I'll ever consider LL, but I respect people who are truly willing to go all-out.

We are lucky that at our height, gymmaxxing isn't seen as overcompensating. Must feel like shit to be a manlet pouring hours into the gym, only to have MORE people laugh at you than before.
