I tried and failed I ate 2 bags of baked chips and a bag of mini cookies so around 400 kcals all day but still decent ig

Pretty good, better than expected, I'm not even that hungry, but I gotta say I drank 3 coffees and smoked cigs to surpress appetite, so it ain't that clean, and I suspect I will have a problem falling asleep
