4mg erda

I’m going to use 4mg erda ed for 2 months and stop eating snacks so I don’t raise phosphate levels even more and have 1-2 meals a day the thing is my home cooked meals got hella phosphate in em if I js use a phosphate binder and diarrhea meds everyday would it still be fine to eat those meals?

ima still get protein frm egg whites and that’s it, should I also still hit the gym js lighter weights

I seen anything over 4mg is way riskier so idk
