5,10 and my bideltoid is now 20 inchs to a 12 inch waist is this good ? (improved from 19 inchs)

Your waist to shoulder is good. It’s has the correct ratio I had a few mistypes in the original comment so that’s my bad.
Your shoulders are the proper size
