Im 17, Ive been on 2mg reta every 3 days for the past 5 & a half weeks, And have been doing 1 hour of cardio daily for the same amount of time with atleast a 500-1000 calorie deficit daily. I went from around 200lbs to 180lbs im 5’8, I train at home but i mainly do daily cardio. Ive been training muscle like once a week because i dont know much exercises, and i want to incorporate some optimal exercises i can do at home with dumbells, kettlebells, or BW that would help build muscle specifically in the triceps biceps chest & abs, i dont care much for lower. Im trying to completely slim out my legs. Can anybody help me out?
