I've discussed what I'm taking in previous threads so I'm not going in depth on it too much especially with the ancillaries but here are the basics:
- 5mg reta weekly
- 8 ius hgh ed (no ai bc my growth plates are closed, but I am 5'11 barefoot, 6ft with shoes, and 6'2 with height boosters so not a biggy)
- 2mg ghkcu ed
- 200mg glutathione 2x weekly
I dont workout much, maybe 2x weekly full body till mild discomfort lol but I do enough work bc I got school and I work a job quite often so i get in steps, some lifting, and mental strain.
I've recently hopped on 8 ius (started 1.5 months ago on 3ius, then 5) and I got a BP monitor and blood glucose monitor coming in shortly, especially because I will be doing exogenous testosterone, anavar, and a few ancillaries to go with it like isotret, finasteride, etc. Sleep is a fucking godsend benefit of gh, love it.
Yeah I'm a skinny pale bitch pretty much but idgaf abt maxing out any muscles other than back, arms, and chest bc abs and legs aren't shown off to much in the average normies life, which I unfortunately dwell in.
