What do I need fix 5,8 15 I do have a broken nose so it is getting fixed soon it’s not just curved lol. I’m losing body fat actively I’m down 10 pounds so far

Unfortunately, is surgery the only fix I’ve been preventing it but I was a mouth breather when I was younger and since I got a broken nose sometimes it’s harder to breathe through it. Maybe mewing idk

I have Invisalign currently and I have 1 more set untill I’m done any thing I should try to get with that it’s to “get a better bite” according to my orthodontist
